No. When a hand ends, the tiles left in everyone’s hand, okey penalties and playable-tile penalties are calculated automatically and written to the score sheet.
Each turn is 30 seconds; the first turn of a hand gets 60 seconds. When time runs out you get one 30-second extension; if that also runs out, the game draws and discards for you so the table never waits.
Yes, you can play right away as a guest. Guests cannot win gold or points and do not appear on the leaderboard. New free members get 5,000 gold to start.
